Payment Methods UK

We accept payment by personal cheques, postal orders, credit cards, and direct payment into our bank account.
We accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Switch.

Payment can only be made by bank transfer directly into our bank account prior to the despatch of goods.
 
   
 

Unsolicited Mail

We Do Not send unsolicited email, we do however have a special offer and news letter mail shot for those who wish to subscribe. This also has an instant removal feature.
We do not pass customers email addresses or any other details on to third parties.

The only information on customers is that which is freely given by the customer at the time of ordering directly with Jims Mail Order through a secure server.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The only information collected is that needed to place, process and deliver an order to a customer, this will also require and email or contact telephone number to be supplied by the customer.
Unless requested a customer will receive no follow up email after completion of their order.

Cancellation Rights

For clarification - and in line with distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, the cancellation period starts the "day after" receipt of the goods. You are not required to give a reason for the return of the goods. We refund the total value of your order excluding postage within 30 days of cancellation.
We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed.

Vouchers

If a product is returned and a refund is given, all vouchers that may have been given with the product will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. In cases where the vouchers have not been redeemed, then the full purchase price will be refunded.

Vouchers can only be redeemed against product, vouchers can not be redeemed against any postage costs.

 
   
 

General Notes

We use the Royal Mail, Business Post and City Link to get your new tackle to you fast, if we have your items in stock we will ship them immediately using one of the above methods, if you require express delivery we will dispatch using City Link express delivery service at our current tariff charge. If we do not have your ordered items in stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery time , enabling you to decide whether to cancel or leave the items on order.
